Round Nose Turning Tool
The round nose-like left and right turning tool does the basics. Due to its round “nose” it makes a round cut (Fig. 1 and 2).
Threading Tool
Th threading tool cuts threads at a 60*. The tool is ground to cut both sides of the thread at once (Fig. 3)
Boring Tool
The boring tool drills into the rod. The cutting edge is ground in to the same shape as the left turning tool. More front clearance is needed the smaller the hole you are drilling.
